Telehealth consults are conducted by all our general practitioners within the clinic. As per the Medicare guidelines, a patient is only eligible for a phone consultation if they have attended the practice within the last 12 months.

Although it is preferable to see patients by appointment, we are more than happy to accommodate walk-in patients with no appointment. However, priority is given to patients who have booked an appointment and you may be asked to wait to see the next available doctor, unfortunately a guaranteed wait time cannot be given.

Patients who require emergency treatment will be seen immediately.

A standard appointment is 10 minutes. If you have several issues you wish to discuss with your GP please advise reception that you require an extended consultation time.

Every reasonable effort is made to keep appointment times, however emergencies or other unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. Please enquire at reception for individual doctors’ waiting times.
